Liability Waiver. Parent acknowledges that participation in dance classes involves certain risks and hereby assumes all such risks on behalf of the Child. Parent agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from the Child's participation in the dance classes. *

Photography and Video Release. Parent gives the Company permission to photograph and/or videotape the Child during dance classes, recitals, and photo shoots. Parent agrees that the Company may use such photographs and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Company's website and social media accounts. *
