With hard work and dedication, our Company Competition Team train weekly in group rehearsals and private lessons.
Dancers must show the utmost leadership, kindness, willingness to work and passion to perfect their craft.

Tiny / Tiny Tots: Ages 5 & Under
Mini: Ages 6-8
Junior: Ages 9-11
Teen : Ages 12-14
Senior: 15 & up
Pre-Pro Elite Level

It is mandatory for Company Dancers to be enrolled in Weekly Core Classes of Ballet.
Additional Classes of Acrobatics, Tap Technique, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Turns & Jumps, and Strength Conditioning Classes are not mandatory but highly encouraged.
Private Lessons are common and scheduled Weekly & Bi-Weekly

Once casted in STARZ Level and Age Category, the dancers perfect their Competition Routines in their Weekly STARZ Class.
During the Months of January - May, the STARZ travel to the St. Louis - Memphis and surrounding areas to 4 Competitions per Season
Solos/Duet/Trios:
Additional Competitions in wider spread regions are optional in Nashville, TN, Kansas City, St. Louis, MO and more!
STARZ will attend at least one dance convention per dance season. Scholarships available along with a day full of fun! These Convention Classes are taught by working professionals.

Conventions
What is a Dance Convention? With faculty consisting of incredibly talented and highly respected dancers, choreographers, and educators with resumes cover it all: Broadway, television, film, videos, and world tours. Dance Conventions provide nothing but the best overall experience for everyone in learning from top-notch staff having years of experience within dance studios, competitions and conventions.
Weekend or Day Long Conventions give the opportunity for our Dancers to receive Scholarships by training with amazing instructors in a wide variety of styles. With an equal emphasis on technique, artistry, and performance the dancers will have a fun-filled day!
